Getting started with Rally
Set up your player profile
Sign in, then open Account settings to choose your username, upload a clear face photo and add a bio. Your Rally ID stays the same when your name changes.
Account settingsFind your club
Search the club directory, open a club and request membership. An organizer approves requests. Verified accounts can submit a new club from the member clubhouse; Rally reviews it before it becomes public.
Find a clubAttend club sessions
Open your club’s Sessions section to see practices, RSVP and check who is going. Organizers can create, edit or cancel sessions and set capacity limits. Session attendance is visible only to active club members.
Find your clubRecord and verify a match
Open Record match, select your club and both players, then enter game scores or use Live points. Games go to 11 with a two-point lead. Save the result when finished. Your opponent or a club organizer verifies it before it contributes to ratings. Organizers’ results are verified immediately.
Match historyJoin a tournament
Open a tournament page to check registration, check-in and the draw. Organizers create events and manage official results. Public tournament links and QR codes let spectators follow the draw.
TournamentsKeep up with your club
The inbox separates Action needed from Updates. Account settings offer opt-in session, tournament and verification reminders. Reminders appear when you open Rally; Add to calendar exports a calendar event with a 30-minute alert for your calendar app. Reading a notice does not complete verification or check-in. Club announcements stay in the club’s Announcements section.
